The objectives that underpin the policy are:

•    Develop the potential of our employees and members, ensuring that all staff and members are capable, responsible, efficient and act in accordance to the company policies and procedures.
•    Actively encourage feedback from members clients, to provide key performance indicators.
•    Work closely with members to ensure continuous improvements to systems, procedures and policy.
•    Actively work with partners to improve information and government policies to protect those within the industry.


Achievement of these policy aims involves all staff and members, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving industry standard.

The Model Industry Union and its members are fully committed to delivering the objectives of this quality policy statement within all its activities and work undertaken.

The Model Industry Union‘s Quality Assurance Director has a specific responsibility for ensuring that the quality and standards are maintained and improved.

We are continually developing our quality standards to ensure that our members are always at the forefront of developments within the industry.

The Model Industry Unions approaches its quality assurance in the manner of listening to our members, partners and  public and to openly discuss policy.

Model Industry Union' objectives are:

•    To continually improve legislation and protection to those within the industry.
•    Reduce exploitation and illegal activities within the industry
•    Ensure equal opportunities policy is followed
•    Identify Best Working Practices (BWP) through the industry
